Robert-Charles(Rob) David Stokes

I came to work for Apple Computer, Inc. in the Direct Response Center(DRC) as of May 1993. My group answers questions from end users, Apple Field Engineers, and contract customers. Most of the calls are troubleshooting Apple Workgroup Servers and network related problems.

My prior job, at the Superconducting Super Collider (SSC,) I dealt with a mixed platform environment of Macintoshes, IBM/Compatible PCs, Sun MicroSystems UNIX workstations, and supercomputing class computers. This environment gave me server administrator experience.

I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Baylor University in December, 1989. My resume outlines all this.
